All in two cloth diaper consists of an outer shell made of PUL fabric outer and lining. It can be wiped clean and reused with a clean soaker. Snap in soaker consists of layers of bamboo terry rayon topped with organic bamboo/cotton velour. Shell is made in the USA. Soaker was responsibly made in China.
